The seating heights are 25 and 30 inches nominally...meaning that the heights vary some based on several factors including the thickness of the cushion and the choice of non-swivel or swivel counter chairs. Always try to allow 10 inches of leg clearance space between the stated height and the underside of the bar or table top.
